Gal Ron

Gal Ron has over 12 years of experience in HR roles. Gal is currently the Head of HR at Scinai Immunotherapeutics Ltd. since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HRBP at Aeronautics Group from April 2018 to January 2022. From August 2013 to November 2016, Gal was a HR Specialist at Omrix Biopharmaceuticals, where they managed recruitment processes and salary matters. Gal also worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Advantech Technologies from September 2012 to March 2013, and as an HR specialist at Toga Networks from January 2012 to August 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Recruiter at AddedValue from July 2010 to September 2011, and at CastUP from October 2010 to August 2011.

Gal Ron has a B.A in Behavioral Sciences, Human resources, and Communication from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Gal also holds an MA in Labor Study from Tel Aviv University, which they completed from 2011 to 2013.
