Andre Ceron

Andre Ceron has extensive work experience in the IT industry, starting in 1996 with Plug&Use, where they worked as a Database and Infrastructure Analyst, focusing on the implementation of the ERP system Microsiga Protheus. Andre also gained experience in installing, configuring, and tuning Microsoft SQL Database Server and operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and Novell.

In 1999, Andre joined TOTVS as a Senior Database and Infrastructure Analyst, where they continued to work on ERP environments based on TOTVS technology. Andre was responsible for leading the architecture and deployment of these environments, as well as the installation, configuration, and tuning of various databases and operating systems.

Within TOTVS, Andre held several roles, including Infrastructure Technology Manager, Innovation Manager - Datacenter, and Customer Service Delivery Manager. In these positions, they managed infrastructure projects, implemented innovative solutions, and led multidisciplinary teams.

In 2014, Andre joined Oracle as a Principal Solutions Architect, where they focused on providing technical and functional support to prospective clients and customers. Andre also acted as a mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants and worked on complex sales opportunities.

From 2015-2017, Andre served as a Cloud Solutions Architect at Microsoft, specializing in cloud, on-premises, and hybrid data platform solutions. Andre'sresponsibilities included designing and executing pilots to modernize customers' mission-critical solutions and proposing optimizations and modernizations for identified workloads.

From 2017-2020, Andre worked at Raízen as an IT Architect Manager and later as a Senior IT Architect. Andre played a crucial role in enabling the strategy of a CSC for the Raízen Group and implementing industry standards across various sectors.

In 2020, Andre joined Jamef Encomendas Urgentes as the Information Technology System Manager. Here, they were responsible for managing support, delivery, and project teams for all Jamef systems. Andre also oversaw the modernization of CRM and ERP systems, migrating them to new platforms.

Currently, Andre works at Bionexo as the IT Infrastructure and Security Manager. As of November 2021, they have been promoted to the role of IT Infrastructure and Security Director. Details about their responsibilities in this role are not provided.

Andre Ceron attended various educational institutions and obtained certifications throughout their career. In 1995, they completed a Technical Data Processing program at FITO. From 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Technology on Management Processes degree at Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In 2015, they participated in a Corporate Finance course at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Recently, in 2021, they started an Undergraduate Specialization program in Biomechanics at Universidade Paulista. Andre has also obtained numerous certifications, including those from Google, Microsoft, and Iasa Global.
