Andrea Morgan

Andrea Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andrea started their career as a Project Manager at Esprit Soutron Partnership Ltd. Andrea then worked as a Senior Project Officer at Nottinghamshire County Council before joining Axiell UK as an Implementations Manager and Technical Programme Manager. At Axiell UK, Andrea managed a team and handled multiple concurrent projects delivering library software systems and services to local authorities.

Andrea later moved on to TDX Group as a Senior Project Manager, where they managed the implementation of debt management systems for global financial sector clients. Following that, Andrea worked at The University of Nottingham as a Project Management Team Leader, overseeing IT projects across different campuses and improving project progress and team performance.

Andrea then took on roles at Walgreens Boots Alliance, starting as a Delivery Manager for UK Retail and Opticians, then progressing to become the Integration Delivery Head, leading delivery for all portfolios and managing a global team. Andrea also worked as a Senior Digital Project Manager on a contract basis at Bionical.

Before their current role as the Director of Operations (Digital) at Bionical Solutions, Andrea held positions at Jacia Management Services Ltd as a Director and at 88 Tales as a Digital Delivery Manager, where they were responsible for managing digital content and improving business processes.

Andrea's work experience demonstrates their project management expertise, leadership skills, and ability to manage teams and deliver successful outcomes.

Andrea Morgan attended The University of Huddersfield from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching with a focus on Business Education. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Agile Project Management Practitioner from APMG-International in 2012 and PRINCE2 Practitioner from APMG-International in 2011. Andrea also holds a Scrum Master certification from Boots UK, although the specific time of obtaining this certification is unknown.
