Working for over 16 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Ben has a wide range of skills within both the commercial and clinical functions. Experiences ranging from Medical Sales Management via Training and Pharmaceutical Sales has given Ben an insight into what healthcare professionals require from their interactions and communications with our clients. Financially trained and having managed a Commercial Contact Centre for one of the country’s largest pharmaceutical and vaccine companies for 3 years, Ben joined Bionical in January 2019, and focusses on providing excellent systems, processes and data reporting for our clinical services.
