Louise Kavanagh

Louise Kavanagh currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at the Bionics Institute since February 2022, following a career in various HR roles, including HR Manager and Senior Human Resources Partner. Additionally, Louise is a Graduate Student at the University of Melbourne, pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Psychology. Previous experience includes strategic HR partnership for the Metro Tunnel Project with Cross Yarra Partnership, Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Bouygues Construction, and HR Business Partner positions at Melbourne Airport and Save the Children Australia. Louise's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Technological University Dublin and a Post Graduate Certificate in Employment Law from the National College of Ireland.
