Musa is an experienced Associate Product Designer and UX Copywriter at OY! Indonesia since June 2022, responsible for crafting clear copy in English and Bahasa Indonesia for B2B digital products, establishing tone of voice guidelines, and participating in usability testing. Previously, Musa worked as a UX Writer at NOBI, managing copy for various products and collaborating across teams to enhance consistency and quality. Musa also served as a Content Writer at Alodokter, producing SEO-focused articles and clear product copy. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, where responsibilities included event arrangement and reporting. Musa is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in German Studies at the University of Indonesia.
