Magdalena Burda

Magdalena Burda serves as the Vice President of Global HR Business Partnering for R&D Leadership at BioNTech SE since February 2021, additionally acting as the Global HR Business Partner to the CEO, CMO, and R&D leadership team. Previously, Magdalena held several key roles at Acxiom from 2009 to 2020, including Head of HR International and Head of HR Germany. A sabbatical was taken in 2008, and earlier experience includes positions as Managing Director at PersonnelConsultants HR (2002-2007) and Branch Director and HR Consultant at Randstad Deutschland (1998-2002). Magdalena possesses educational credentials from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and the University of Bayreuth.
