Monika M. is an accomplished leader in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, currently serving as Head of Clinical Science at BioNTech SE since January 2024. Previously, Monika held the position of Global Operations Head at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine from 2019 to October 2023, overseeing operational strategy and evidence data generation activities across multiple therapeutic areas. Monika's extensive experience also includes serving as President and Board Member for the Air Force Academy Parents Association of New Jersey, and leadership roles at Celgene, PPD, Novo Nordisk, and Abbott. Monika holds a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from Rutgers University and a Master of Science from Thomas Edison State University.
