Rituparna Das

Rituparna Das is an Associate Director in Translational Sciences at BioNTech SE. Prior to holding this position, Rituparna worked at Takeda Oncology where Rituparna held various roles including Senior Scientist Clinical Translation and Translational Leader. Rituparna also has experience as a Scientist at Emory University School of Medicine and as a Postdoctoral Associate at Yale University School of Medicine. With a background in immunology and a Ph.D. in the same field, Rituparna has studied the effects of checkpoint inhibitors on immune cells and tumor microenvironments, as well as biomarkers for predicting response to therapies. With a strong academic background in biochemistry and immunology, Rituparna has extensive experience in research and assay development.
