Carole A. Wilmot, RPh, PhD is principal and owner of C Wilmot Consulting that provides business development advisory, strategic and decision-making support for biotech and pharmaceutical companies.
Carole has broad experience within the pharmaceutical industry, retiring from Sanofi in 2012 after 26 years with the company and its predecessors (Aventis, Hoechst Marion Roussel, Hoechst-Roussel Pharmaceuticals). Since 2000, Carole was part of the licensing and business development team responsible for global projects (2000-2004) and US commercial projects (2005-2012). Carole led the evaluation, due diligence and negotiation teams for projects, ranging from preclinical to commercial in diverse therapeutics areas - CNS, cardiovascular, metabolism (diabetes), oncology, osteoporosis, urology and others. Her prior experience in R&D includes global project leader, project manager, and group leader in preclinical neuroscience research. Carole has a PhD in Pharmacology & Toxicology from Rutgers University and was a post-doctoral researcher in neuroscience prior to joining industry. Carole is also a registered pharmacist in New Jersey and Massachusetts.

They provide educational programs through webinars, conferences, symposia, and roundtables.
