David Reed

David Reed is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in business law, labor issues, and regulatory compliance. As President of Reed CNY Business Law, P.C. since March 2009, David has leveraged nearly 20 years of in-house counsel experience to assist clients with labor and regulatory matters. Additionally, David serves on the management team at BioPortUSA, where expertise in MedTech and Digital Health is applied, and as General Counsel for Ichor Therapeutics, Inc., overseeing legal matters and managing outside counsel. David has also contributed as Of Counsel at SCHUSTER AGUILO, LLP, and has taught international business transactions as an adjunct professor at Syracuse University College of Law and Al Yamamah University. Previous roles include General Counsel at Rondaxe Pharmaceuticals and Compliance Officer at OSTEOTECH, INC. David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government with a focus on Russian from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law.
