Prashant Pawar

Prashant Pawar is currently the Head of People Strategy and Learning Initiatives at Bioprime™ since March 2025. Prior to this role, Prashant served at Kan Biosys Pvt. Ltd. from July 2021 to March 2025, holding positions such as AVP of Training and Human Resources, Head of Learning and Development, and General Manager of Training and Development for India, focusing on training key stakeholders and human resource management. Prashant's previous experience includes being a Startup Mentor and Trainer at Atal Incubation Centre-MIT ADT and a Senior Learning Consultant at Ripples Learning, specializing in performance management and employee relations. Additionally, Prashant worked as a Consultant at Malshej Agrotech Pvt Ltd from May 2015 to May 2019, concentrating on organizational development and talent management. Prashant holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Pune University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Agriculture Extension Management from the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE).
