Nicholas Day

Nicholas Day has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and operations. Nicholas is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at BioProcure, Inc. and Prendio, where they started in 2022. Prior to that, they held the positions of VP of Finance and Operations and Director of Finance and Operations at both companies in 2021.

Before joining BioProcure and Prendio, Nicholas worked as the VP of Finance Operations at Avid in 2019. In this role, they led the finance operations function and was responsible for revenue and cash forecasts, credit and collections operations, and sales proposal reviews.

From 2017 to 2018, Nicholas served as the SVP Finance (acting CFO) at Gather Technologies, a PE-backed SaaS technology start-up, where they led multiple organizations and teams to support hyper-growth.

Prior to that, they were the Vice President of FP&A and Treasurer at eVestment, a PE-backed FinTech SaaS startup, from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they oversaw FP&A, finance operations, external reporting, treasury, and business intelligence functions.

Nicholas also had experience working at Sapient as a Senior Manager of Global FP&A from 2010 to 2015, and as an Independent Consultant providing financial guidance to various organizations in 2009 and 2010.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Analyst of Global FP&A at Monster from 2008 to 2009, a Financial Analyst at Ingram Micro from 2005 to 2008, and a Trading Clerk at P.T.R, Inc/CBOE from 2001 to 2004.

Nicholas Day completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington in the years 1997 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Financial Economics at Boston University from 2010 to 2013.
