Nathalie Roudier

Nathalie Roudier is a seasoned professional in the fields of biotechnology and nutrition, currently serving as the Scientific & Innovation Director at Bioprox Healthcare since July 2020. Prior to this role, Nathalie held the position of Scientific Manager at ORCHIDALI, where the focus was on scientific and regulatory affairs in nutrition and health effects. Nathalie's earlier experience includes working as a Nutrition & Health R&D Engineer at KRAFT BISCUITS EUROPE, conducting research on aging at the Fondation Nationale de Gérontologie, and performing postdoctoral research at CNRS and INTS, contributing to studies on vesicular trafficking and the discovery of a new blood group system. Nathalie began an academic career as a biochemistry teacher while completing a PhD in Biochemistry at Paris-Sud University.
