Phuong Ha

Phuong Ha is currently an Outbound Sales Representative at Bioptimizers. Prior to this, they were a Sales Manager at LadyBoss Health & Weight Loss from January 2019 to October 2021.

As Sales Manager, Phuong coached and mentored 4 departments to improve client retention rates via guided phone calls and high quality customer service. Phuong also developed and refined scripts, training material, and presentations for multiple staff members in order to reform their sale methodologies for different client personalities. In addition, Phuong analyzed and collected customer satisfaction data, advised operational improvements to company executives, and retained sales skills by actively being a team player, personally executing calls when departments were lacking staffing or attending to other company needs.

Phuong Ha has a bachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition from San Diego State University and a certification in TESOL from the TESOL International Association. Phuong also has a certification in Health and Nutrition Life Coach from Udemy.

Phuong Ha reports to Tammy McIver-Gay, VP of Retail Sales. Phuong Ha works with Sama Alabed - Outbound Sales Representative, Brianna Shelley - Outbound Sales Representative, and Courtney Morelock - Outbound Sales Representative.
