Luis Toledo

Luis Toledo is a highly accomplished scientist with extensive experience in academia and the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as the Scientific Founder and Advisor at Nodus Oncology since September 2022, and as an Associate Professor at the University of Copenhagen since August 2016, Toledo has been recognized as an ERC grantee. In addition, Toledo is a Scientific Advisor for Cumulus Oncology, focusing on drug development pipelines for DDR-related targets, a role held since September 2021, after previously consulting for the company in 2019. Prior academic contributions include post-doctoral fellowships at The Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Protein Research and the Danish Cancer Society, as well as research at CNIO, where Toledo developed ATR kinase chemical inhibitors. Educationally, Toledo holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and additional degrees from Heidelberg University, Universitat de Barcelona, and Universidad de Zaragoza.
