Michael Roth has a diverse work history with experience in engineering roles in various industries. Michael started their career as a Lifeguard at Columbia Association from March 2007 to August 2010. In 2012, they worked as an Engineer Intern at Mobile Dredging and Pumping Company. Michael then joined Micron Technology in June 2013 as a Wet Process Operations Engineer until July 2016. From August 2016 to December 2022, they held multiple roles at Bridgestone Americas, including Calenders/Stock Cutting & Beads Process Engineer and later Senior Extrusion Process Engineer & Die Shop Manager. Currently, they are a Quality/Process Engineer at BiOrigin Specialty Products (formerly Dunn Paper) since January 2023. In this role, they are responsible for maintaining quality and process optimization while reducing waste and implementing efficiency improvements to reduce manufacturing costs.

Michael Roth has an extensive education history in the field of engineering. Michael obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree with a focus on Engineering Management from Iowa State University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Widener University from 2009 to 2013 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. At Widener University, they also completed a Bachelor's program in Engineering, specializing in Chemical Engineering during the same period.

In addition to their formal education, Michael Roth has also obtained a certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Simplilearn in April 2016.
