Tommy Zerse

Tommy Zerse, DVM, serves as the Chief Development Officer and Attending Veterinarian at BioSim Innovations since September 2023 and as Chief Executive Officer at Pathway Preclinical Services since August 2020. Additionally, Tommy Zerse is the Principal Owner of Valley Research Institute, focusing on biomaterials for in-vitro studies. Previous roles include significant positions at Merck, Exemplar Genetics, Intervet/Schering Plough, LyChron, LLC, and Guidant, encompassing areas such as veterinary services, pharmacovigilance, and cardiac research. Tommy Zerse also contributed to music as a songwriter and rhythm guitarist for the band The Reluctantz. Tommy Zerse earned a DVM from Kansas State University and a BA in Criminal Justice and Communications from Augustana University.
