Emily Wiseman, PhD

Emily Wiseman, PhD, is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in molecular biology and education. Currently serving as an Innovation Scientist at BioSkryb Genomics since May 2023, Emily previously held key roles at Q² Solutions, including Lead Scientist and Senior Scientist II from January 2021 to May 2023. Emily's research at the Florida Institute of Technology focused on the molecular mechanisms of sperm and egg interaction during fertilization, leading to a published methods book chapter. Additionally, experience includes designing a lab course that resulted in a publication in an education journal and serving as an Educator at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, where Emily led educational programs for children. Emily obtained a PhD in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the Florida Institute of Technology and a BS in Environmental Science from the University of Central Florida.
