Jeff Runge

Jeff Runge has an extensive work experience that spans over a decade. In 2008, they became the President of Biologue, Inc. In 2009, they were a Senior Advisor and Principal of The Chertoff Group. From 2011 to 2019, they held various roles at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, including Adjunct Professor of Health Policy and Management, Adjunct Professor of Emergency Medicine, and Director of the National Collaborative for Bio-Preparedness. From 2016 to 2021, they held various roles at other companies, including Board Member at Football Research, Inc., Co-Founder and Advisor at Biospatial, Inc., Member of the Board of Advisors at VIGILINT, and Board Member at Carolina Complete Health. In 2017, they were the Founding Board Member and CEO and President of Carolina Complete Health Network, Inc. In 2020, they became the Lead Independent Director of Aditxt, Inc. and in 2021, they became the Chair of the Safety Advisory Board at Aurora.

Jeff Runge completed a BA in Biology from The University of the South in 1977. Jeff then attended Medical University of South Carolina and obtained an MD in 1981. Following that, they completed a Residency in Emergency Medicine from Carolinas Medical Center from 1981 to 1984. In July 1985, they obtained certification from the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
