Meghan Goudy

Meghan Goudy is a seasoned professional in public health with extensive experience in program evaluation, outcomes assessment, and grants management. Currently serving as the Grants Reporting Manager at BioSTL since January 2025, Goudy previously held key positions such as Director of Outcomes and Quality Impact at DOORWAYS and Director of Program Evaluation at LifeWise STL. Goudy's earlier roles include Regional Case Management Supervisor and Resource & Referral Case Manager at Saint Louis Effort for AIDS, as well as various positions at the City of St. Louis Health Department and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. Goudy's educational background includes a Master of Public Health and a Graduate Certificate in Public Health from the University of Missouri-Columbia, along with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Truman State University.
