Aileen Bongat White

Aileen Bongat White is an accomplished chemist with extensive experience in synthetic chemistry, currently serving as the Synthetic Chemistry Team Leader and Senior Synthetic Chemist at Biosynth since August 2021. Prior to this role, Aileen held the position of Senior Chemist at Dextra Laboratories Ltd from February 2013 to July 2021 and worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at both Institut Pasteur and the National Institutes of Health between September 2008 and January 2013. Aileen began a career in research as a Research Associate at the University of the Philippines from October 2002 to November 2003. Aileen earned a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, having studied there from 2004 to 2008 and 2004 to 2006, respectively, and obtained a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of the Philippines from 1997 to 2001.
