Susanne Manuela Germann has extensive work experience in the field of research and science. Susanne Manuela began their career in 2010 as a Research Assistant at Københavns Universitet before transitioning into a Postdoctoral Researcher role at the same institution. In 2014, they joined The Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability as a Scientist. Susanne Manuela then worked as a Research Scientist at Evolva Group from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, Susanne became a Postdoctoral Researcher at DTU Bioengineering and later moved on to become a Senior Research Scientist at River Stone Bio, where they stayed until 2020. In 2021, they joined Cysbio as a Senior Research Scientist before moving to their current role at Biosyntia in 2022.

Susanne Manuela Germann has a strong educational background in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry. Susanne Manuela completed their Ph.D. in Molecular Biology at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they focused on research and study in the field of Molecular Biology.

In addition to their Ph.D., Susanne also pursued a Diplom in Chemistry (Biochemistry) from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, which they completed from 2000 to 2006. This degree provided their with a solid foundation in the chemical aspects of Biochemistry.

To further enhance their knowledge and skills, Susanne pursued a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Biology at Wayne State University from 2003 to 2004. This allowed their to gain a deeper understanding of the biological aspects related to their field of study.

Besides their academic degrees, Susanne has also obtained additional certifications to support their professional growth. Susanne Manuela completed a course on Research Project Management at Komplement in November 2014. This certification showcases their ability to effectively manage research projects. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Arbejdsmiljøuddannelse for våde laboratorieområder from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen in 2012, displaying their expertise in workplace safety and regulations within laboratory environments.
