Işıl SARAÇ

Işıl SARAÇ has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Işıl started as an intern at VakıfBank in 2005, followed by internships at QNB Finansbank in 2006 and the Central Bank of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in 2007. Işıl then interned at HSBC in 2008.

From 2008 to 2011, Işıl worked at ING as a Retail Banking Portfolio Manager Executive Assistant, where they were responsible for analyzing clients, conducting personal research, and promoting and selling financial products.

Işıl then joined Garanti BBVA in 2011 as a Retail Banking Sales Manager Director. In this role, they managed a sales team, achieved corporate sales targets, ensured operational processes were compliant, and coordinated with relevant departments for risk management and credit.

In 2013, Işıl worked as a Finance Officer at EGE HIRDAVAT İş GÜVENLİK VE ŞANTİYE EKİPMANLARI EVREN YAVUZ. Their responsibilities included financial planning and reporting, cash flow management, daily cash transactions, and customer payment tracking and collection.

From 2016 to 2019, they worked as an Accounting and Finance Specialist at TSGI, where they collaborated with Socar Türkiye Ege Rafinerisi (STAR A.Ş.) and Tecnicas Reunidas (Spain) for project management.

Işıl then joined Denizciler Döküm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in 2019 as a Finance Specialist.

Most recently, they started working as an Accounting Administrative Executive at BioSystems in 2022.

Işıl Sarac's education history begins in 2003, where they attended Cyprus International University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, which they completed in 2008. In 2012, they enrolled at Anadolu University and completed an Associate's degree in Accounting and Taxation Applications in 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Işıl Sarac has obtained various certifications. In 2007, they received a certification in Cobit 4.1 from UNDP. In 2008, they completed a certification in Winning Communication from ING. In 2010, they obtained a certification in SAP from SAPBIL, and in the same year, they acquired a certification in Purchasing and Logistics Management from Mavi Eğitim Kurumları.

In 2011, Işıl Sarac obtained two certifications: SEGEM from SEGEM and SY Olmak from Mida Institute. In 2012, they completed a certification in Managing Sales from Kerem Gümüşkanatlı Eğitim ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri.

Moving forward to 2013, they received three certifications: CV Preparation and Interview Techniques from İzmir Kariyer Merkezi, Sales Management and Sales Coaching from İzmir Kariyer Merkezi, and Human Resources Specialization Training from Bemar Kariyer Okulu.

In 2016, they obtained two certifications: General Accounting from Bemar Kariyer Okulu and Understanding Financial Statement from Bemar Kariyer Okulu. The next certification they acquired was SPK Düzey 2 from Sermaye Piyasası Lisanslama Sicil ve Eğitim Kuruluşu A.Ş. in 2017.

Moving on to the more recent certifications, in 2022, they obtained two certifications: Foreign Trade from Global Kariyer and Advanced Level of Excel from Global Kariyer. Finally, in 2023, they received two certifications: Prepare and Manage the Budget from nettekariyer and Foreign Trade Education from Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı.
