Hakan Akyol

Hakan Akyol has been a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Biota Laboratuarları since April 2016, following roles as a Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Assistant. Responsibilities include managing personnel-related processes, preparing required documentation according to social insurance and labor laws, and ensuring the confidentiality of company-related information. Akyol actively participates in the development of human resource manuals and procedures, maintains personnel records, and facilitates compliance with ISO and Total Quality Management programs. Prior experience includes an internship in Human Resources at Biota Laboratories in 2014. Akyol holds a degree in Public Relations and Promotion from Atatürk University, completed in 2015.
