Ashley Lawrence

Ashley has over a decade of experience in the global recruitment market. His breadth of knowledge encompasses international mobility, alternative delivery models, and change management. A proven entrepreneur in the field of recruitment, Ashley co-founded the award-winning Trust in Soda, a digital tech recruitment business, as well as Broadgate Staffing, their business enablement and protection business. In 2012, he co-founded Ex-Military Careers, a social enterprise designed to bridge the gap between the military and a fulfilling role on Civvy Street. Ashley is proud that EMC is a core vision underlying Trinnovo Group's commitment to corporate social responsibility. Ashley has an executive MBA from Cass Business School. ​
