Steven J. Heyer

Steven J. Heyer has over 35 years of experience in the consumer and consumer-related products and services industries, leading a range of companies and brands. Steven has applied his experience and analytical skills in a variety of leadership positions across diverse industry groups, including broadcast media, consumer products, and hotel and leisure companies. Steven served as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of Haymaker III until it completed its business combination in May 2022 with Biote.

Steven’s operating experiences span leadership and advisory roles at Outback Steakhouse, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, The Coca-Cola Company, Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., Young & Rubicam Advertising Worldwide, and Booz Allen & Hamilton. He has also has extensive board experience, including: Atkins Nutritionals Inc., Lazard Ltd and Lazard Group, WPP Group, Equifax, Omnicare, Inc., Vitrue, Inc., and Internet Security Systems, Inc.

Steven received his B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from New York University.
