James Gibbs

James Gibbs currently serves as Chief People Officer at Biote, a role held since November 2023. Prior to this, Gibbs held the same title at P3 Health Partners from January 2022 to December 2023, where contributions focused on empowering patients in population health management. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) and Chief People Officer at Freeman Company, with extensive background in transforming HR strategies and cultivating organizational culture. Previous roles also featured senior leadership positions at Neovia Logistics, McKesson, Populous Financial Group, Frito Lay North America, Dupont Safety and Protection, and GE Industrial Systems. Academically, Gibbs holds a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a BA in Political Science from Hampton University.
