Abby Farrar

Abby Farrar is a relationship manager at BioTeam, Abby is adept at providing holistic relationship management and considers strategy objectives across a client’s business, science, and IT divisions to promote a greater understanding of their functional purpose and needs. Her forté is utilizing open dialogue and cross-functional communication to help break down barriers in the scientific discovery process.

Abby has two decades worth of client relationship and account management working across various industries, including Information Technology, Pharmaceutical Sales, and Business Finance. Abby received her undergrad BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and attended BayPath University in Longmeadow for her Master’s Degree in Communications and Information Management. This MS degree was the first of its kind at the university that blended the study of data, technology, project management, and human communication literacy into one area of focus. Abby is proud to be a member of the BioTeam staff, where she can happily combine her education and experience and truly make a difference in peoples’ lives.
