Liz Kennerley has extensive experience in advocacy and volunteer work focused on health and children's services. Currently serving as a Volunteer Lobbyist and Consultant at the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation since 2012, Kennerley is also engaged with Rare Disease Legislative Advocates, Dysautonomia International, and the Biotechnology Innovation Organization in various lobbying and advocacy roles. Prior experience includes an internship at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization where database management and event planning were key responsibilities. Additionally, Kennerley has volunteered at Boston Children's Hospital and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, providing child life support, organizing activities, and offering compassionate care to patients and families. Kennerley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Society & Health from Simmons University.
