Maidelyn Hill

Maidelyn Barrera Hill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management and industry research within various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Membership Data & Industry Research at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization since April 2020, Maidelyn has advanced through roles as Senior Manager and Manager in the same department. Prior to this role, Maidelyn worked at PRINTING United Alliance as a Data Specialist, focusing on database maintenance and membership records, and held the position of Membership Data Assistant. Earlier experience includes managing quality assurance at Truly Nolen International, where responsibilities included conducting internal audits, and serving as a Client Associate at Xerox, where client data processing and customer service were key duties. Maidelyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala and a Diploma in Business Communication from Northern Virginia Community College.
