Anita Herrera

Anita Herrera has a strong work history in the customer operations and customer experience field. Anita started their career at CardioNet in 2009, where they held several positions including Supervisor, Customer Care Outbound, Manager, Customer Care, Sales and Enrollment Manager, Customer Care, and Senior Customer Operations Manager. In 2014, Anita joined BioTelemetry, Inc. as the Director of Customer Operations. Anita later transitioned into the role of Director of Customer Experience, where they were responsible for coordinating support processes for new products, software releases, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as identifying and resolving gaps in existing processes.

Anita Herrera pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Administration/Business from 2002 to 2006 at Penn State University.
