Jonas Alfermann has a strong background in market and pricing insights, market research, and project management. Jonas started their career as a scientific assistant at TU Dortmund University and later moved on to become a scientific employee at the University of Muenster. In 2015, they pursued further education in project management in the field of biotechnology and clinical research at the mibeg-Institut Medizin. Since 2016, Jonas has worked for Biotest AG, where they held various roles, including Head of Market and Pricing Insights, Manager Market Research, and Intern for the Project Management Organization and Corporate Strategy Team. In these positions, they were responsible for global market analytics, primary and secondary market research, competitive intelligence, and managing international reference pricing activities. Jonas also led cross-departmental teams, developed an internal insights portal, and facilitated reporting automation through SAP Analytics Cloud.
