Nikola Pokoj

Nikola Pokoj has extensive experience in quality assurance and process optimization within the biopharmaceutical sector. Since October 2012, Nikola has been employed at Biotest AG as a Prozesseigner Q-System Out of Limit, focusing on maintaining and optimizing the Q-System related to environmental and media monitoring exceedances. Previously, Nikola served as Quality Assurance Manager at Biotest AG, handling change control, deviation control, risk management, and training employees on quality issues. Prior roles include Projektingenieur at Chemgineering Gruppe, where involvement in qualification projects for major clients such as BBraun Melsungen AG and Sandoz GmbH occurred, and Valdierungsmanager at Harro Höfliger Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH, which included extensive customer negotiations and preparation of qualification packages. Nikola holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin degree in Biopharmazeutische Technologie from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, obtained between 2003 and 2008.
