Fabian Risch

Fabian Risch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the MedTech and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager Operations at BIOTRONIK since December 2013, Risch has successfully led a transfer program aimed at optimizing production sites in Switzerland and Asia, overseeing the transfer of products and production lines for Class II and III medical devices while ensuring regulatory compliance. Previously held roles include Manager Automation, where Risch directed an automation program, and Project Manager R&D, focusing on medical devices for vascular interventions. As the founder of Tapdy, from May 2020 to June 2023, Risch developed a novel app-based service, implementing full-stack architecture and establishing an IP strategy. Earlier experiences include R&D Engineer positions at Siemens and ETH Zurich, contributing to international projects and research initiatives. Risch holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zurich, supplemented by courses from MITx and Harvard Online.
