Jens Arndt began their work experience as a Procurement Manager at Gilbarco Veeder-Root in 2005, where they held various responsibilities such as overseeing a procurement volume of approximately 43 million euros, managing a team of 10 employees, and establishing the supply chain in Eastern Europe and Asia. Jens also played a role in reducing inventory levels and increasing the proportion of low-cost regions. In 2011, Jens joined HYDRO Systems KG as a Director of Procurement, where they worked until 2014. After that, they joined KaVo Kerr as a Director of Procurement for Direct Material, and later became the Director of Global Procurement and Strategic Sourcing. Currently, Jens is serving as the Director of Global Sourcing VI at BIOTRONIK since 2020.
Jens Arndt attended Ferdinand-von-Steinbeis-Schule Tuttlingen from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a degree in Werkzeugmacher. Later, from 1992 to 1994, they studied Maschinenbau / Fertigungstechnik at Tuttlingen and earned the degree of Staatlich geprüfter Techniker in the field of Maschinenbautechnik/Fertigungstechnik.
