Monica Driscoll, CPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in HR management, consulting, and education. With a focus on employee and labour relations, recruitment & selection, Monica has worked in various roles in companies such as BIOVECTRA Inc., Metamaterial Inc. (META), and IMP Aerospace & Defence. In addition, Monica has taken on teaching roles at NSCC and has a solid educational foundation with degrees in Human Resource Management, Psychology, and Adult Education.
