Craig Nichols has a diverse work history spanning several industries. Craig began their career at Parker Hannifin, where they served as a Product Marketing Manager & Sales representative from 1983 until 1988. Craig then went on to establish their own business, Midstate Fluid Power & Automation, where they acted as President for over a decade. During their tenure, they successfully grew the company from a bankrupt entity to achieve annual sales of $10 million and oversaw expansions and acquisitions. In 2001, Nichols joined Ethicon Endo-Surgery as a Division Sales Manager, where they consistently exceeded sales targets and was recognized as "Regional Division of the Year" in 2002 and 2003. Craig later took on various roles within the company, including Division Sales Manager for the InScope GI Business Unit and Product Marketing Director. Nichols joined Apollo Endosurgery in 2013 as National Sales Director before taking on the role of Director National Accounts & Contracting in 2014. In 2016, they transitioned to Teleflex Incorporated as Director, Corporate Accounts-Central United States, and then moved to Bioventus as Director Corporate Accounts-Surgical United States. Throughout their career, Nichols has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managed teams, and been responsible for developing and executing corporate account and sales strategies.

Craig Nichols has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Saginaw Valley State University - College of Business and Management & Central Michigan University.
