David Varner has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1994 at Bayer Diagnostics, they worked in Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations for almost seven years. David then joined Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. in 2001, where they worked as a National Account Manager, Director of Consulting Operations, and Senior Director of Marketing in Global Marketing Operations. In 2007, they joined GE Healthcare Life Sciences as the General Manager of Marketing & Sales Operations for the Americas Commercial Region and later became the Project Lead for the ePresence Global Initiative and General Manager of Global Marketing Operations. From 2013 to 2017, David served as the Vice President of Global Sales Operations at Beckman Coulter. Most recently, they have been with Bioventus since 2017, where they have held various leadership positions such as Vice President of Global Marketing, Area Vice President of Sales, and currently, the Division Vice President of Restorative Therapies. Throughout their career, David Varner has demonstrated a strong track record of achieving revenue targets, implementing sales and marketing strategies, improving operational efficiency, and driving employee engagement.
