Kelly Bistok

Kelly Bistok has a history of diverse and progressively responsible roles in accounting and compliance. Kelly currently holds the position of Director of Corporate Accounting at Bioventus. Prior to that, they worked at SBM Company as the Head of US Accounting & Compliance and Manager, Accounting and Compliance. Kelly'sexperience also includes working as a Vice President at Citi, where they focused on control initiatives and balance sheet substantiation. Kelly has also held leadership positions at Fiserv as the Delivery Head of the Financial Shared Service Center and at Western Union as the Director of Accounting and Director of Sarbanes-Oxley and Audit Compliance. Kelly began their career as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Kelly Bistok graduated from Penn State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and International Business. Kelly also holds a CPA certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
