Timothy Thompson, PA-C, MBA has over 17 years of experience in healthcare, working in various roles from physician assistant to leadership positions. Timothy started as a physician assistant at University Orthopedics, Inc in 2004, and then worked in similar roles at New England Baptist Hospital in 2008 and Brigham and Women's Hospital in the same year, specializing in sports medicine and shoulder service. In 2011, they began their career at Arthrex, where they worked in multiple clinical specialist and product manager roles. In 2021, they became the arthroplasty manager for ImpactOrtho (Arthrex). In 2022, they founded and became the CEO of Pathfinders Healthcare Career Advisors, a company that helps healthcare professionals navigate their careers. Currently, they are the patient advocacy and engagement personnel at bioXcellerator, a role they began in 2023.

Timothy Thompson, PA-C, MBA has a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training from Merrimack College, obtained in 1999. Timothy also received a Master's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2001, and a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ, obtained from 2002 to 2004. Timothy later earned an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2021. Additionally, Timothy has obtained certification as an Athletic Trainer from the National Athletic Trainers' Association and as a Physician Assistant from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
