Yan Li

Yan Li Ph.D. currently serves as a Business Development Representative at Bioz since May 2024. Prior to this role, Yan worked at UCLA as a Postdoctoral Researcher from December 2023 to April 2024, where Yan led an innovative research project focused on the structure-based design of 3D antisense oligonucleotides and established various research systems. From August 2022 to December 2023, Yan was a Technology Fellow in Life Sciences at UCLA Technology Development Group, creating investor-friendly disclosures for over 30 inventions and developing marketing strategies and pitch decks for potential out-licensing projects. Yan earned a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from UCLA in December 2023, and holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Digital Entertainment Design and Life Sciences from Tsinghua University. Additionally, Yan participated in a summer internship in Molecular Engineering at the University of Washington in 2016.
