Sue Knight

Sue Knight is the Global Head of Operational Excellence at BIP since 2022. Prior to that, Sue served as the Chief Operating Officer at Bip UK | Bip US (formerly Chaucer) from April 2020. With a background in HR and L&D, Sue has held positions such as HR Director at Blake Morgan LLP, Head of HR and L&D at Stevens & Bolton LLP, and HR Director at Berwin Leighton Paisner. Sue's career also includes roles such as Partner at Knights Company, International HR/OD Director at DLA Piper, and International HR Advisor at Kuwait Petroleum Corporation. Sue holds a Bsc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of London.
