Prior roles include Product Owner at NetDocuments and Agility Recovery, where responsibilities involved writing user stories, setting project milestones, and collaborating with offshore teams. Earlier experience at Brightstar Corp. included defining product strategy, conducting market analysis, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Kat's analytical skills are complemented by proficiency in tools such as SQL, JIRA, and Zendesk.
