Diane Leneghan Tomb

Diane Leneghan Tomb is an experienced leader in public affairs and communications, currently serving as a Commissioner for the Commission on Political Reform at the Bipartisan Policy Center since March 2013. Additionally, Diane has been an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University since January 2010, teaching a Graduate Public Affairs course. Their previous roles include Chief Executive Officer of the National Rental Home Council from July 2016 to July 2019, and founder, President, and CEO of Tomb & Associates, LLC from September 2003 to July 2016, a firm providing consulting services in public affairs and strategic communications. Diane has also held significant positions such as President and CEO of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Senior Vice President at the Fannie Mae Foundation, and Vice President at Burson-Marsteller. Diane earned a B.A. in Political Science from Mount Saint Mary's University.
