Vincent Hanchir

Vincent Hanchir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in promoting effective competition and market analysis within the telecommunications and media sectors. Since February 1996, Vincent has served as a Senior Advisor at IBPT, focusing on market definition, evaluation of market power, and regulatory remedies. Additionally, Vincent is a member of the Mediation College of the BIPT, facilitating mediation between operators, and previously held the role of Principal Economist, coordinating market analyses. Prior to joining IBPT, Vincent worked at SNCB as a Commercial Secretary, promoting and selling services to companies, schools, and public administrations. Vincent holds a Licence and Master's degree in Economic and Social Sciences from FUNDP, obtained between 1988 and 1994.
