Meredith Mandel has been working in the fashion and lifestyle industries since 2009. meredith began their career as an Assistant Buyer at Takashimaya New York in 2009. meredith then joined One Kings Lane in 2010, where they served as a Prop Stylist, Lifestyle, Stylist Assistant, and Assistant Buyer. In 2017, they began working as a Brand Stylist at Birchbox.

Meredith Mandel attended Parsons School of Design - The New School from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a BBA in Design + Management.
