Marie Antonio

Marie Antonio is currently serving as the Practice Lead, Workforce Management at Birches Group LLC. Prior to this role, Marie held positions at Aon, Deloitte, ANZ, and previously at Birches Group LLC in various capacities related to human capital solutions, organization transformation, job evaluation, organization design, performance management, compensation analysis, and research and knowledge management. Marie holds a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies - International Relations with a Minor in French Studies from Ateneo de Manila University and a Master of Arts in Women and Development from the University of the Philippines.
