Monica Rodriguez

Monica Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Monica started their career in 2000 at GE Capital as an Accounts Payable Supervisor and then moved to Johnson Controls as a North America Accounts Receivable Supervisor and later as a Finance & Accounting Project Manager. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Bilingual Certified Teacher at Dallas ISD. In 2012, Monica joined GENPACT as a Senior Manager/LATAM Order to Cash Subject Matter Expert. Monica then transitioned to Johnson Controls Inc. as a Regional Project Manager. Monica joined Adient in 2015 as a Corporate Finance Manager and later held roles such as Senior Finance Manager- Global Process Owner and Regional Finance Program Manager. Currently, they work at BirchStreet Systems as an Implementations Director since 2023.

Monica Rodriguez has an extensive education history. Monica obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Universidad Camilo José Cela, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Project Management at Questrom School of Business, Boston University, from 2008 to 2012.

In terms of their undergraduate education, Monica completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Graphic Design at The University of Texas at El Paso, studying there from 1992 to 1997.

In addition to their degrees, Monica has acquired several certifications. These include Certified Professional Controller (CPC) from the Institute of Finance and Management in December 2018, IPMA-Project Management from the International Project Management Association in October 2015, Accounts Receivable Manager from the Institute of Finance and Management in August 2013, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from GE Capital in January 2013, Evaluating the Effectiveness of Strategic Decisions from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in August 2012, Project Management from Boston University in March 2012, and Bilingual Education from SBEC in August 2009.
