Dustin Stroman

Dustin Stroman has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Project Manager and Project Engineer at Birck Engineering since December 2022, Dustin previously held the role of Upstream Program Manager at Sargent & Lundy from February 2020 to December 2022. Prior to that, tenure at ZAP Engineering & Construction Services, Inc. included positions as Manager of ZAP Oilfield Solutions and Instrumentation and Controls Engineer, leading projects across upstream and midstream applications. Early career roles include Instrumentation and Controls Engineer positions at ThyssenKrupp Robins and Golder Associates, where responsibilities encompassed design, programming, and field support for control systems. Dustin started a career in construction as a laborer at Stroman Plumbing & Heating before obtaining a degree from the Colorado School of Mines.
